I have always wanted a Sharps Bedroom and the spare room has needed to be sorted for some time. The designer understood my needs and I’m very pleased with the result. I am now changing bedrooms and moving to the new one!

The designer was very professional and didn’t try to “sell” us things. He explained everything clearly and helped us to make our choice. The installer was very good and made an excellent job of the installation. However, the installer failed to arrive on the initial dare and the telephone message was not delivered in a timely manner. The call centre showed no empathy at our dissatisfaction and basically don’t seem to care that we had been let down. They were very unhelpful when arranging delivery and installation dates too.

The installer just left and I am absolutely delighted with both the quality of the wardrobes and the installation. The bedroom is small but the designer made excellent use of space. The installer was extremely polite and exceptionally hardworking. I could not have asked for a better service in any respect.

I am happy with the finished cupboards. However, the surveyor did not measure correctly and the installer had to rectify quite a few issues which made the job take an extra day.

After three visits from Sharps surveyors and designers I was disappointed that the lorry was ‘too big’ to get down my road (we have had a large crane for the roof!). When it finally arrived 3 doors were missing. Not happy that it took 3 weeks and several phone calls to get it completed.

The fitter was excellent. The original designer we were not so impressed with. He was a tad sharp and we realised afterwards that he could have been more thorough. The product/wardrobes are very good.

First designer had his drawing rejected by head office/factory which occasioned a months delay in completing the job. Second designer was helpful and successful in producing a design. First surveyor made a brief visit to announce that the plans were faulty and left. Second surveyor was more helpful and considerate. Parts were delivered on time and by a courteous, hard working team. Two fitters came on separate days and installed the units satisfactorily. there was a terrible waste of materials after the job was finished, much of which could not be transported by private car to the tip (even by Volvo Estate!)

I left my house on the day of fitting at 4pm, my daughter was still there. The fitter was tidying as I left. On my return the wardrobe was complete, however, there was sawdust, wood chippings and dust everywhere upstairs. It took me an hour the next morning to clean the bedroom, stairs and lounge. I feel strongly that for the cost there should be a proper system for tidying.

Having chosen Sharps to install a home office for us we were delighted that the end result actually exceeded our expectations. The design and surveying process, the quality of the materials and craftsmanship of the installer were all excellent. I was very happy to have our first Sharps bedroom, however, installation was a painful process. There is quite a lot of dust, noise and debris. The installer was a new employee that seemed quite young, however very professional. The fitter took two days to complete the process. He did clean the room, however it was not as tidy as it was before. Overall we were satisfied.

Customer service seems to be paramount at Sharps. On every level it was excellent. I was very happy with the wardrobe as it was just as I imagined it would be. The mirror had a few scratches on it, however, was replaced without hesitation. Sharps bedrooms are not cheap, but the quality shines through. I can’t wait to be able to afford more Sharps furniture!

The man that installed our bedroom was very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t fault him in any way as he did a perfect job. He was very tidy, clean and trusting.

The designer, Pietro, was a pleasure to deal with and kindly came back for a 2nd visit in his own time to answer some queries. The fitter was excellent, I don’t know how he managed it single handedly! The allocated time of one day was clearly insufficient.

The delivery men were exceptionally good, it was raining when they arrived and they put down cloths on the stairs to save my carpets. They had difficulty parking such a big lorry and had to move it several times to let people in and out of my road. They did that with pleasure and succeeded in not upsetting anybody – excellent. The installer was very efficient and worked hard all day. When he was finished the next day he invited me up to see the finished bedroom. Everything was clean and tidy and it looked wonderful.

When I was looking for quote, I included Sharps but thought they would be too expensive. Infact Sharps gave me the best quote. From start to finish, designer to finish of installation I received an excellent service. Thank you very much. A special mention for Mick Clark who installed the furniture. He worked incredibly hard. He was given 3 days to do the fitting but it quickly became apparent that the room shape being complex, it would take longer. He worked hard for 4 days to complete it. My bedroom looks beautiful.

We were delighted with the whole project, from enquiry to completion took just one month. We are pleased with the finished result, especially as our room has awkward curved ceilings at both ends where the fitments were built. The installer seemed well briefed but when a few small problems arose, he immediately raised them with us and they were satisfactorily resolved. Great to have a workman who cleared up so well.

The fitter was 5 star, a credit to your company. Mirror was the wrong one but we are waiting for a new one. Before the installation of our wardrobes we had to remove the wardrobes which were installed by Sharps 20 years ago. There was really nothing wrong with them and it did seem wasteful to take them to our local waste disposal site. They just seemed dated and we loved the new modern designs we saw in the Sharps brochure. We are very pleased with our new wardrobes and would especially recommend our installer Steve. What a skilled and pleasant man.

Only issue was with delivery, the office phoned us to state that the delivery would be between 8-9am, didn’t arrive so we phoned and told delivery was between 2-5pm and we had been advised wrongly. Luckily I had a day off work but could have had implications had it been a work day. Installer was excellent throughout the two days and we are very happy with the quality and workmanship.

Overall a very efficient service. The installer was excellent in every aspect, particularly efficient and worked to a very high standard.

It was a delight to order something which arrived and was completed on time as arranged. No delays, no fake promises and almost no problems. When spending a large sum of money, all things to go well is great and rare. My wife and I are pleased with the end result after a large up heaved and we look forward to using our furniture in the future.

From the beginning through to the finish, we are pleased with all aspects. This is the third time we have used Sharps, twice at our previous home. David Hunter was a wonderful designer, and designed my bedroom just how I wanted it. The delivery men arrived and everything was fine with them. This week, Dave arrived on Monday to fit my bedroom and worked so hard for 3 days and hardly stopped for a cup of tea. He did a brilliant job and as I have never had a fitted bedroom before, I was absolutely thrilled with the whole room. Everything in there looks wonderful and I couldn’t be more pleased. My friend recommended me to go to Sharps as she had a fitted bedroom done with you last year.

Felt very confident about leaving fitter to get on with his time – very polite and tidy, all questions were answered and no problems occurred. Very good service considering arranged fitter had emergency problem and Sharps had to get someone from Scotland but kept very well updated by phone calls. Quality timber used and good quality fitter – better than first expected.

A satisfactory experience all the way through the process the installer was helpful and obliging. We have now had 3 bedrooms installed we would now like to know more about free standing chest/bedside cabinets to match.

I am very happy with the results. The fitter was very efficient and was a very nice reliable person. Although it way a bit of an upheaval, your staff made it as less so by the speed at which the job was completed.

From the first time I contacted Sharps I was made to feel as if I was very important. This went right through from designer, surveyor, delivery and installer. I was not under any pressure to have something I didn’t want or something that wasn’t suitable. I am very pleased with the quality and finish of my bedroom furniture. Generally very pleased with service and product. A bit surprised to realise only when the installer had left, we had to dispose of the empty cardboard and bags. This should be explained upfront more explicitly.

Everything about the installation was excellent from the initial visits of the designer and surveyor to the delivery of the components and the installation by a very efficient installer. The price I have paid is over 60% more expensive than a quote I received from a local company but I know I would not have received the level of service attained from Sharps. Installation had its problems which you are aware of but the way your office dealt with it made up for it, they were friendly and helpful. 100% excellent service from start to finish. Very efficient and all staff pleasure to deal with. Only complaint, I think it is outrageous to be left with all the rubbish to dispose of. Not acceptable. Should I not have had a suitable vehicle and recycling centre nearby, it was have been a problem. I was not informed at any time I was to dispose of debris.

The experience was very good. Minimum mess and disruption, I am very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Sharps Bedrooms.
