How we started...

Sharps Bedrooms started in Leicestershire by Geoff Sharp in 1973. His vision was to offer his customers more storage than they ever could have imagined by creating bespoke fitted furniture, designed in an intelligent way and fitted to an extremely high standard. He was a perfectionist and had a strong drive to ensure that every customer was left with an outstanding product, felt more organised and impressed with the service he offered. These values can still be seen throughout Sharps today.

Due to Geoff's success he soon had more orders than he could fulfil so he slowly expanded the company and trained other people to work alongside him, ensuring that they shared similar values to deliver the perfect fitted furniture. Over the coming decades the popularity of Sharps continued to grow and in 1996 a new purpose built factory was opened in the West Midlands, heavy investment went into the new factory to ensure that modern machinery could produce the very finest doors and work tops. This investment continues and Sharps strives to update and introduce new products and technologies such as soft close doors.
