Customer Services Coordinator

Sharps Bedrooms is the UK’s market leader of fitted bedroom and home office furniture with over 700 employees and a network of showrooms across the UK. 

Our busy Head Office is located in Bilston in the West Midlands and due to continued growth we are looking to recruit 2 customer service specialists within our planning department. Your role will be to interact with our customers and our installers to ensure that their furniture is installed to specification and on time, providing the very best in terms of support and

These are demanding positions in a key area of the business; you must be highly organised with exceptional administration and communication skills, able to negotiate and be able to converse intelligently at all levels.

You will be target-driven, self-motivated, able to work with a sense of urgency and have a ‘can-do attitude’.

Previous experience working in a fast-paced 'business to customer' office environment would be beneficial. Training will be given and is 'on the job'. 

Basic computer skills are required and geographical knowledge of the UK would be beneficial.

These are full time, permanent positions working Monday to Friday - 37 ½ hours per week between the hours of 8.am – 6.00 pm.
