Planning / Installations and Customer Services
Due to an increase in our business levels we are looking to recruit additional office based staff within our Planning / Installation and Customer Services.
Sharps Bedrooms is the UK’s market leader of fitted bedroom and home office furniture with over 700 employees and a network of showrooms across the UK.
You will have direct contact with all of our Customers’ and be responsible for the planning and organisation of their delivery and installation requirements. You will need to schedule our deliveries and installations with the resource available and meet the company’s targets.
You will be the key link between our Customers and Field Operatives to ensure Installations are completed on time and to the Customers’ full satisfaction.
These are demanding positions in a key area of the business. You must be highly organised with exceptional administration and communication skills. You must possess excellent negotiation skills and be able to converse intelligently at all levels. Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential.
You need to be target-driven, self-motivated, work with a sense of urgency and have a can-do attitude.
Basic computer skills are required. Geographical knowledge would be beneficial.
This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
Salary £19,700 after successful completion of probationary period
