We're making them safer
Because the safety of our customers and staff is more important than anything else, the way we carry our our free home design visits will be a little different:
Every morning, every Sharps designer must tell us whether they or anyone they live with has shown signs of Coronavirus in the last 24 hours. And every morning, each one will take their own temperature. If there’s the slightest sign they may have been in contact with the virus, they won’t be allowed to carry out any visits until we know it’s safe for them to do so.
Every designer will wear a fresh facemask and disposable gloves for every visit and bring their own hand sanitiser along with them.
Finally, of course, your designer will do their best to stay at least 2m away from anyone else while they’re in your house.
If restrictions are still in place when it comes time to fit your new bedroom, then naturally the same precautions will apply to our installers too.
While these extra measures may take a bit of getting used to, we’re sure they won’t stop you exploring your ideas and planning your perfect bedroom with your home designer. Meanwhile, we’ll keep on doing everything we can to keep you, your family and our employees safe.
What if I booked a design visit before the lockdown?
If your appointment had to be cancelled because of the coronavirus crisis, we’ll be in touch as soon as we can to arrange a new date for it. Likewise, if you were waiting for your new bedroom to be fitted, we’ll contact you to book a new installation date.

Welcome back to our showrooms
We’re committed to keeping you and our staff safe during Coronavirus from the moment you pay us a visit. And that starts with our showrooms.
We’ll only see one customer or couple at a time in each showroom, so there may be queues. Thank you in advance for your patience. We’ll also stay two meters apart at all times.
We’ll make sure our team check their temperature before work and report if anyone in their household has had Coronavirus symptoms in the past 24 hours. If they or their family have symptoms, they won’t be allowed to come to work. For their safety and yours, we’ve installed perspex screens at the Manager’s desk
We’ll regularly clean the surfaces in our showrooms and provide hand gel for before and after your visit.
