New parents, Maddie and Joel, approached Sharps to help them transform 3 empty spaces into their dream bedrooms for their family. Sharps helped transform 2 bedroom spaces and also a nursery for their newborn baby with our Manhattan range.
Maddie and her family wanted to maximise storage as much as possible, so opting for fitted wardrobes and furniture was the best solution for them and Sharps were exceptionally excited to go on this journey with them to become beautifully organised!

“Maddie’s beautiful modern home needed some Sharps bespoke furniture to maximise space as much as possible. This was an exciting project as we were transforming several rooms in the house with fitted wardrobes, and also desk space in a couple of the bedrooms.

The Manhattan range was the perfect solution for Maddie and Joel’s modern home.
Fitted Desk
Maddie wanted to incorporate desks in two of their bedrooms, perfect for a getting-ready spot or to sit and get organised on.

Maddie chose the Eva knobs in matt black and Brass which was the perfect addition to the Manhattan wardrobes.

To maximise space in the wardrobes, Maddie opted for double-hanging rails to store her clothes.
Q&A Maddie Says:
How did you come to choose Sharps for your wardrobes?
I had always been familiar with Sharps, largely from seeing them advertised on TV and seeing a few youtube videos of wardrobe transformations that I was really impressed with.
Why did you decide to get fitted wardrobes in your home?
As our house is a modern new build we felt that the seamlessness of inbuilt furniture would be best suited to the style of our home and would help maximise the amount of storage we could have in each room.
How was your design appointment?
It was brilliant, we learnt a lot about what the options were and with every idea we had, there was always the perfect solution. For instance, we really wanted to incorporate a desk space in two of our bedrooms which will be kids' rooms in the future. Sharps have the perfect design which allows you to have your perfect wardrobe alongside a desk and shelving unit which was exactly what we wanted.
How was the fitting and the rest of the process?
I was incredibly impressed with the efficiency of the entire fitting process. We had 5 rooms to fit with a mixture of wardrobes, desks/shelves and an entertainment unit and they were completed in a matter of days. It was by far one of the smoothest parts of our entire build and the fitters were incredibly considerate of everything else that was going on. For instance, they suggested coming back to seal the wardrobes once the dust from the building works had settled so it would give the best finish. I was also incredibly impressed with how often we were called by the Sharps team to ensure we were happy with how things were going, the customer service was second to none.
Why did you choose the Manhattan range?
We chose the range because it was the most modern and simple which is very much our style. We went for quite neutral colours, the dove grey and white which again was perfect for our colour scheme. For the handles, we have a mix of simple round knobs and longer pull handles on our entertainment unit.
