Creating organisation heaven in a beautiful home
Greg and Linda’s beautiful home had a few awkward angles they were eager to transform so they could maximise their space. Opting for fitted furniture was the better option as they are now able to utilise their space effectively.
Greg and Linda had 3 rooms they wanted to transform: a bedroom, a home office and also their living space. Using our contemporary Shaker range, we were able to add fitted wardrobes, a bookcase, and also a desk with plenty of fitted storage for their home office.

“This beautiful home was a pleasure to work on. With our bespoke furniture, we were able to tailor everything to Greg and Linda’s exact needs and provide them with the storage they need for their bedroom, living room and home office.
The living room’s bookcase was a reader’s dream. As Greg and his partner had a large collection, we decided to fill the whole wall with bookshelves, creating a library look for the space.
The home office and bedroom had awkward angles we needed to work around, but it was no challenge for Sharps. We added fitted wardrobes, and plenty of desk space and storage for the home office to create a perfect working environment. In the bedroom, we added two sets of fitted wardrobes with a small cupboard slotted in the middle so there was space for the TV above.”

Greg and his partner used the Shaker range throughout the house to create symmetry and for a contemporary look.

For their bookcase in the living room, they incorporated our Lava Driftwood colour to enhance the contemporary feel of the space.

In the home office, they added plenty of drawer space so they could keep their office supplies neatly stored away and easily accessible.

In the fitted wardrobes for their bedroom, they added plenty of hanging rails and shelving so they could keep their clothes organised.

How did you come to choose Sharps for your wardrobes?
Sharps was an easy choice after customer recommendation, media adverts and a visit to the Horsham showroom.
Why did you decide to get fitted wardrobes in your home?
Each bedroom has at least one slanted wall that needed bespoke, fitted wardrobes to maximise available space.
Were there any awkward spaces that you needed to fit around?
Each bedroom required an individual solution to fit around, Velux windows, electric sockets and slanted walls.
How was your design appointment?
The design appointment was excellent, even though understandably time-consuming, and led to perfect solutions for a lounge, two bedrooms and a study bedroom.
How was the fitting and the rest of the process?
It took two full weeks to complete the work. Our Sharps fitter was an excellent technician, good-natured and made minimal mess. It led to a first-class job.
