After recently moving into their beautiful new home, Steph and her husband were eager to put their personal stamp on it and create their dressing room of dreams. Steph wanted the final look to complement her personal style and the rest of the house, and with our stylish Shaker range, Sharps were able to turn Steph’s vision into reality.
Steph and her husband wanted enough storage space to store their belongings and keep everything clutter-free and beautifully organised! With our coordinating dressing table and drawers, Sharps were able to provide a practical space whilst also unveiling a modern and contemporary look.

The lighting on the wardrobes added a beautiful ambience to the space and there was plenty of storage space for their belongings. Our Sophia Knobs were the perfect addition to Steph’s Shaker wardrobes and coordinated nicely with the Slate Grey colour scheme.

Sophia Knob
Steph chose the Sophia knobs to perfectly accent her Slate Grey wardrobes.
Lighting
To create ambience and highlight the wardrobes, Steph opted for lighting that poured down the wardrobes, which created a beautiful and calming atmosphere.
Coordinating Furniture
As this was Steph’s dressing room space, she included a coordinating dressing table and drawers for a place to get ready and extra storage space.
Double Hanging Rails
To maximise space as much as possible, Steph included double hanging rails to store her beautiful collection of clothes.

How was the process with Sharps?
Sharps have been fantastic. Each step of the way and everyone involved in the process has been helpful, knowledgeable & really took the time to ensure we were happy with the end result.
Why did you choose Sharps?
We initially decided to work with Sharps as the quality of the finish on the furniture is flawless. We also valued the warranty and liked the colour range and once we had some wardrobes installed, we were keen to work with Sharps for other spaces.
How was your design appointment?
We’ve worked with three different Sharps designers & all of them have been knowledgeable and accommodating to meet our personal needs. The design visit didn’t feel rushed but equally, you can speed it along if you know exactly what you want. By round three, we did.
Were there any awkward spaces that you needed to fit around?
No awkward spaces but a few obstacles like radiators being close to furniture and an alcove which needed ventilation for a built-in fireplace. Again, both the designer and surveyor helped us find a solution that we could then visualise. It functionally worked beautifully too!
How was the fitting and the rest of the process?
Fitting was very professional. The fitters were neat, tidy and took pride in their work. They discussed details with me, for example placing furniture hardware, which I really appreciated. Their workmanship gave me the confidence to use Sharps again!
How does your finished design reflect your style?
The finished design reflects my style beautifully. We have a shaker kitchen and so wanted to mirror the shaker style in the bedroom, lounge & study. This joins rooms in the house together and also was in keeping with the style of the house.
What do you love most about your Sharps furniture?
I love the quality of the mechanisms, the finish and the wardrobe lighting. It all works beautifully.
Would you recommend Sharps?
I would recommend Sharps because from start to finish the service & workmanship is excellent. This includes aftercare. The quality of the furniture is faultless and built to last.
What do you enjoy the most with your new wardrobes?
I most enjoyed organising the wardrobes & living room shelving. I love that everything now has a place & I have been able to balance the functional benefits of extra storage space with the aesthetics of design.
